My Home Insurance claim has been settled, why is it still showing as 'open'?

Claims can remain open for several reasons and there are also different types of claims. It may be that we're waiting to pay a supplier for their goods or services provided during the claim.

Suppliers will produce their final invoice once all goods and/or services have been finalised.  We monitor our open claims and progress any outstanding actions as matter of urgency to ensure claims are closed as soon as possible.
