How do I receive an update on my repairs / replacements / restoration?

You'll receive email or telephone updates as necessary throughout the claim.

If we have appointed one of our suppliers or surveyors they will contact you directly however we will also provide their details if you need to contact them. 

If we are dealing with your claim directly or you have any further questions, you can contact us via Live Chat (Monday-Friday 9am-5pm) or alternatively call your dedicated claims handler.
