I need repairs to my home. Do I need to wait for your authorisation to go ahead?

Yes, we'll always need to authorise your repairs. However, in some emergency situations, we'll give consideration to any reasonable repair costs you may have incurred before speaking to us.

If you do this please make sure you take photographs of the damage before, during and after the work is done. To make a claim you can do this online by going to MyAccount and pressing the make a claim button or by speaking to one of our advisors on Live Chat (Monday - Friday 9am-5pm).
