Are bicycles covered by my Home Insurance?
Bicycles worth less than £500 are automatically covered while in your home, either inside a locked building or secured to an immovable object under your home insurance. If any bicycle, including any attached accessories, is worth more than £500, you'll need to tell us so we can add it as a specified item. If you need cover outside the home you can add personal possessions cover, which may include an extra cost.
