Why do I still have to pay for my policy if I don't have a car after a claim?
An insurance policy is a contract between you and us. You agree to pay us a premium and in return we'll pay the cost of any claims you need to make in that year.
Once we've paid your claim, we've fulfilled our side of the contract and therefore you must fulfil yours by paying us the premium in full.
If you're paying by instalments then you can continue to do so. If you've already paid us in full then of course there will be nothing further to pay.
