Your no claim discount won't be reduced by most windscreen damage, emergency medical treatment, identified uninsured drivers, vandalism that has been reported to the police, and claims where we've been able to recover all of our losses on your behalf - also referred to as a 'recoverable' or 'non-fault claim'.
