Why is my courtesy car only a 3 door hatchback when I pay for the Car hire optional extra?

Our repairers can only supply a very basic car. This is purely to keep you on the road and isn't intended as a replacement for your car. The Car Hire optional extra is only available if your car is written off or declared stolen and not found. To check if you have this cover, look at the Optional Extras section of your Schedule.
