How do I contact esure by email?

You can send your questions and comments to us on our web form. Please provide your name, address, date of birth and policy number (if you have one).

We aim to respond to customer service emails within 3 working days.

You can email your proof of No Claim Discount to ncdvalidation@esure.com. Please make sure it's attached as a PDF and that your policy number is included in the email.

If you've already registered a claim, your claims team will have provided you with the right email address. If you're not sure you can contact our claims teams on the addresses below. Please include your policy number or claims reference so we can pass your email to the right team.
