What are the call centre opening times?

Our Call Centres (excluding our Claims Department) are open Monday to Friday 8am to 8pm, Saturday 9am to 5pm and Sunday 9am to 2pm.

Claims lines are open Monday to Friday 8am to 8pm, Saturday 9am to 5pm and are closed on Sunday.

Home claims lines are open Monday to Friday 8am to 8pm, Saturday 9am to 4pm and are closed on Sunday.
