I've forgotten my password for My Account, what do I do?
You will need to reset your password:
- You will be sent a verification code (this will be 6 numbers long)
- You need to use the email address you used when you set up your policy.
- When doing this make sure you do not leave the web page you requested the verification number from, as this will restart your session and you won’t be able to use the password we send you.
We suggest using a separate browser to access the verification code email.
