What is “Trace and Access”?
Trace and Access is the cover we provide for tracing and accessing the cause of a water leak in your home. As pipes are often concealed behind walls there can be damage caused when accessing them. Trace and access covers the cost of this damage up to your policy limit. However it doesn't cover the cost of repairing the leak itself. The damage caused by the leak may be covered under a different section of your policy.
