What is Protected No Claim Discount (PNCD)?
Protected no claims discount is an additional cover. If you select this, your NCD won't be reduced during the policy period, no matter how many claims you make. If purchased this will be shown on your schedule. By adding NCD protection to your policy, your premium may still increase at renewal whether or not you have made a claim, as NCD protection safeguards your number of years NCD not the price of your premium.
