What proof do I need?

When you buy your policy, if we've been unable to automatically verify your No Claim Discount (NCD) entitlement, you'll need to provide us with proof.

This can be in the form of your latest renewal invitation or a letter which confirms the cancellation of your policy and your NCD entitlement from your previous insurer.

It's important you send this to us within 21 days from the start of your policy otherwise we will cancel your policy. The process is explained in our 'Cancelling your policy and Optional Extras' section.

A cancellation fee will be charged and details of this can be found in your contract with esure Services Limited.
