If I suspect fraud, what should I do?

esureu2019s Fraud Team are committed to the prevention and detection of fraud and the protection to our customers

If you do suspect of fraud on your policy, in a Claims situation or identity fraud, please raise it with us. You can do this by emailing Report.Insurance-Fraud@esure.com. They will contact you within 48 hours. If you suspect fraud has been committed using your card or bank account, please check with your bank first.

We know it is important to you that we show our commitment to the prevention and detection of fraud. We want to make sure you are protected and by doing this we hope to keep our insurance premiums down.
