I'm a new customer, how do I sign in to My Account?

If you're a new customer you will be sent an email that will include a temporary password and link to follow so you can set yourself up for My Account.

Use this link if you do not have this, then use the following steps:

Enter the email address you set up your policy with.

  • You will be sent a verification number.
  • You need to use the email address you used when you set up your policy.
  • When doing this make sure you do not leave the web page you requested the verification code from as this will restart your session and you won't be able to use the password we send you.
  • We suggest using a separate browser to access the verification number email.
