How do I stop my renewal?
We;re sorry to hear that you don't want to renew your policy with us.
For your renewal to be stopped you will need to contact us if you're on an automatic card payment or if you pay for your renewal using Direct Debit.
The red box is where your renewal invitation will details your payment menthod. To view your documents, click here to sign into My Account and once in your policy click on documents.
If you make a manual card payment to us each year for your renewal you won;t need to contact us and your renewal will finish on the day stated in your documents. You can call us on:
