Do I get a courtesy car if my car can't be repaired?
If our recommended repairer can't fix your car, they'll ask for the courtesy car back.
Our Hire Car optional extra entitles you to a hire car if yours is written off or stolen and not found, provided you added it to your policy before the incident took place. We'll aim to provide a hire car by the end of the next working day, for a period of up to 21 days or when the claim is paid, what ever happens first.
