My boiler has broken down, is this covered by my Home Insurance?

Your boiler isn't covered by your home insurance. If you have purchased our optional extra home emergency cover, then there may be some cover in place. If your boiler is your main source of heating and suddenly fails for reasons other than wear and tear, we'll pay up to £500 to send someone to your home to try and fix it. If you have this cover it will be detailed on your latest schedule.
