Can I get a refund for my Annual Travel Optional Extra
If you feel that the travel product that you have added to your home insurance policy no longer suits your needs due to restrictions on travel that COVID-19 has caused, then please do let us know and we will be able to remove this with no cancellation fee.
As long as you have not made a claim on your policy since you first bought or renewed it, we may also be able to give you a refund for the time left unused on the policy.
Should you wish to buy travel cover with us at a later date, our other esure travel products will be available to purchase and will no longer need to be linked to your home policy. These products will give you an option to buy a policy that has COVID-19 cover protection.
