How do I change my auto renewal preference?

If you want to change your auto renewal preference, you can do this at any time via live chat. We'll update this for you straight away. We're available Monday- Friday 8am - 8pm, Saturday 9 am - 5 pm, and Sunday 9 am to 2 pm.

If you opt in to auto-renewal, then your cover will continue uninterrupted and we'll take payments as agreed.

If you choose not to auto-renew, then your policy will end on your renewal date and your cover will stop. That way you could miss your renewal date if you're unwell, on holiday or life just gets in the way and be left uninsured.

Whichever option you choose, we'll send your renewal invitation 3-4 weeks before your renewal so you have plenty of time to check the details and price.
