How do I know that I'm speaking to you when I receive a phone call regarding my claim?

  • We won’t call you from a ‘Withheld’ or ‘Unknown’ number.
  • We won’t call you to advise that we “have money set aside ready for you to make a claim for compensation”.
  • We won’t call asking for you to provide us with Third Party details, Car Registrations, or any other details that we should already have.

If you’re still not sure it’s us – please feel free to let the agent on the phone know that you don't feel completely comfortable and would prefer to call us back yourself instead, they will always understand and will respect your wishes.

Be sure to use the correct contact details and not a number provided by the caller, especially if you're not 100% sure that you're speaking with the right company.
