How can I make a Complaint and what is your Complaints Process?
We hope that you’ll never need to make a complaint, but if you do, you can a log a complaint with us easily just by contacting us using whichever method you prefer.
Once a complaint is logged, one of our Team Leaders or Senior Handlers will be in touch to discuss this with you within 4 working days. You won’t usually be able to speak to them on the same day that you log a complaint because we always try to work in date-order to treat all Customers fairly.
