Why is the Third Party making a personal injury claim when they didn’t seem injured at the time?

Not all injuries are apparent straight after an accident and some can take a few days to set in.

If either vehicle has been damaged in an accident, it’s always possible somebody may have been injured.

The Third Party will need to prove their claim and we’ll also get independent medical evidence to support that claim. Rest assured, we take precautions so we only settle genuine injury claims.
