What do you mean by 'at fault' ?
This is a claim where we'll have to accept the responsibility for the accident and pay the cost of any claim made, either by you, a third party, or both. We can't recover any costs from any other party. When there is no other third party involved, we'll deal with your vehicle's damage less any applicable excess, and if another vehicle is involved, we'll deal with any third party claim that is made.
