Do I get a courtesy car if my car is stolen?

If your car is stolen and hasn't been found we won't be able to give you a courtesy car. If we can find your car and deliver it to our recommended repairer, then we'll be able to give you a courtesy car while yours is being repaired.

Our Hire Car optional extra entitles you to a hire car if yours is written off or stolen and not found, provided you added it to your policy before the incident took place. We'll provide a hire car by the end of the next working day, for a period of up to 21 days or when the claim is paid, what ever happens first.
