Why is the third party making a personal injury claim when they didn't seem injured at the time?
Not all injuries are apparent straight after an accident and some can take a few days to become obvious. If either vehicle has been damaged in an accident, it's always possible that somebody may have been injured. The third party will need to prove their claim and we'll seek independent medical evidence too. Rest assured, we're careful to only settle genuine injury claims.
